Return Policy – Glam Up Kids

We want you to feel safe when shopping at Glam Up Kids. All of our garments are carefully checked before they are put up for sale. If something does not meet your expectations, you always have the option to return the item or make a complaint as described below.

Returns

Returns are at your own expense, except if the item is faulty or if we have packed it incorrectly.

Always contact us via support@glamupkids.se before sending back an item. Returns should be sent as a letter or parcel – not cash on delivery.

We recommend traceable shipping and that you save the receipt.

How to make a return:

Notify us within 14 days of receiving the item that you wish to make a return (right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act).

The item must be:

  • in the same condition as when received
  • free from use, washing, stains or damage
  • retain any labels
  • well packaged for return shipping

Decrease in value

If the item has been handled more than is necessary to determine its properties or function, and this has led to a decrease in value, we are entitled to make a deduction corresponding to the decrease in value when refunding. The assessment is made on a case-by-case basis.

Refund

When we have received and approved your return, the amount of the item will be refunded to the same payment method as when purchasing, no later than within 30 days. The return shipping is paid by you as the customer.

Complaints

If you have received a garment that is incorrect or does not match the product description, you are welcome to complain about it.

Email us at support@glamupkids.se and include the following:

  • Which garment is affected
  • A description of the error
  • A picture that clearly shows the problem
  • Order number

We will get back to you within 1-5 business days.
If the complaint is approved, we will cover the return shipping and send you a shipping note.

Uncollected packages

For packages that are not collected, a fee of 299 SEK will be charged, which covers the shipping fee, return shipping and handling.

Please note that you must collect the package even if you have changed your mind. You can then return it according to our return policy. If the package is not collected, it will be registered as "not collected" and the fee will be charged.

Unapproved returns

If the item is deemed to be in a different condition than when it was shipped (e.g. used, stained or damaged), we reserve the right to refuse the return or make a deduction from the refund.

Exchanges

Since our range consists of unique second-hand garments, we unfortunately cannot offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different item, place a new order in the webshop.
