Delivery Policy – Glam Up Kids

This delivery policy applies to purchases made in our webshop glamupkids.se and is included as part of our general terms and conditions.

1. Delivery areas

We deliver to addresses within Sweden. Available shipping options, delivery times, and costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We also offer delivery to the following EU countries via DSV: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, France, Greece, Italy, Croatia, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, and Austria. Available shipping options and delivery costs are shown at checkout based on the delivery address.

Purchases and deliveries can only be made by persons who are 18 years or older.

2. Delivery time

Within Sweden:

We normally ship your order within 1–3 business days after the order has been confirmed.
Delivery then usually takes 2–4 business days, depending on the selected shipping method and address.

Within the EU:

We normally ship your order within 1–3 business days after the order has been confirmed.
Delivery then usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on the selected shipping method and address.

During campaigns, sale periods, and holidays, delivery times may be longer.

All delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
If the delivery is significantly delayed, we will notify you and you have the right to cancel the purchase in accordance with the Swedish Consumer Sales Act.

3. Shipping options

We have agreements with the following carriers within Sweden:

DSV
PostNord
CityMail

Within the EU we ship exclusively with DSV.

Which shipping options are available depends on your delivery address and will be shown automatically at checkout.

4. Shipping costs

Within Sweden:

  • Free shipping on orders over 599 SEK
  • 49 SEK shipping cost on orders under 599 SEK

Within the EU:

  • Free shipping on orders over €90
  • €5.95 shipping cost on orders between €30.01 and €89.99
  • €9.95 shipping cost on orders up to €30

For returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost unless otherwise stated (see our Return Policy).

5. Order confirmation and tracking

When you complete your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a new email with a tracking link so you can track the package.

If you do not receive the confirmation within a few minutes – check your spam or contact us at support@glamupkids.se.

6. Risk and liability

Glam Up Kids is responsible for the item until it has been delivered to you.
Once you have received the order, the responsibility passes to you as the customer.

7. Check upon receipt

We recommend that you check the package immediately when you pick it up.

If the package is damaged, you should report this to the agent immediately and document the damage.

8. Damaged or missing packages

In the event of transport damage:

Report the damage directly to the delivery point.

Document it clearly (photo).

Then contact us at support@glamupkids.se.

Any transport damage must be reported within a reasonable time from receipt.

In the event of a package that has not arrived within a reasonable time - contact us and we will help you track the shipment together with the carrier.

9. Uncollected packages

If a package is not collected within the time specified by the shipping company, it will be returned to us.
For uncollected packages, a fee of SEK 299 will be charged, which covers the costs of shipping, return and handling.

Important:
Uncollected packages do not count as exercised right of withdrawal.

If you regret your purchase, you must still collect the package and then make a return according to our Return Policy.

10. Split deliveries

In some cases, an order can be split into several shipments, but you always only pay one shipping cost per order.
