1. General
These terms of use apply to the website www.glamupkids.se, which is operated by Glam Up Kids AB (corporate registration number 559334-1109, hereinafter referred to as Glam Up Kids).
By using our website and making purchases or sales via the site, you agree to these terms.
We reserve the right to update or change the terms at any time. The latest version is always available on our website.
2. Purpose of the service
Glam Up Kids offers a safe and circular second-hand platform for children's clothing.
You can both buy carefully checked garments and sell your own outgrown clothes via our submission system.
3. Purchase of goods
When you shop with us, the following applies:
All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT.
We reserve the right for any typographical errors, final sales and color or image differences.
An order is completed when you receive an order confirmation via email.
Glam Up Kids owns the goods until full payment has been received.

4. Sales via Glam Up Kids (available only in Sweden at the moment)
As a seller, you can submit children's clothing for sale through our two models:
a) Sales on commission
You receive 30% of the sales price for each garment sold, minus a fee of 7 SEK per garment. Glam Up Kids is responsible for pricing, photography and sales.
Payment is made after the sale has been completed according to the instructions on the submission page.
b) Sales per kilo
You receive 50 SEK per kilo of saleable clothing. This model provides faster payout and is particularly suitable for larger submissions.
By submitting clothing to Glam Up Kids, you confirm that:
You own the garments or have the right to sell them.
The garments are intact, clean and meet our quality standards.
Glam Up Kids has the right to price, market and sell the garments via our platform.
Unsold garments are handled according to our submission terms.
5. Payment
We offer payment via Shopify's approved payment solutions, including Klarna and Swish.
When using these services, the respective supplier's own terms and conditions also apply.
6. Delivery
We offer delivery within Sweden and to 18 EU countries. Please see our Shipping Policy for which countries we deliver to and for more information.
7. Returns and complaints
As a customer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act.

In the event of a faulty or damaged product, please contact us at support@glamupkids.se within 7 days.
8. Personal data
We process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR).

9. Intellectual property
All content on the website, including logo, images, graphics and texts, may not be used without written permission.
AI-generated imagery:
Some of the images on our website (e.g. illustrative environmental images and graphic content) are AI-generated and are used for visual and informational purposes only. These images may not be copied, downloaded, modified or used outside of our platform without our express permission. This applies regardless of copyright protection, as using our website means that you accept these terms.
Please note that the following images are not AI-generated:
– Images of our children's clothing
– Images of our team, our founders and our business
These are photographed by ourselves to provide an accurate, realistic and transparent presentation of both the garments and our business.
10. Limitation of Liability
Glam Up Kids is not liable for indirect damages or financial losses that may arise in connection with the use of our service.
We are also not liable for operational disruptions, technical problems or third-party services.
11. Disputes
Any disputes are resolved primarily by contacting our customer service.
If we cannot reach an agreement, you can contact the Swedish National Board of Complaints (ARN).
Swedish law applies to all purchases and use of our website.
